1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LoveForLife Rehabilitation Services website, care portal, and therapy services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old, or acting under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to register for an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these terms.

3. Services Description

LoveForLife provides home-based therapy and rehabilitation services including, but not limited to, speech therapy, occupational therapy, ABA therapy, special education, geriatric care, and swallow therapy. Service availability may vary by location and clinician capacity. All services are subject to scheduling confirmation and availability.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of applicable fees or package selection.
• Fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made through the approved payment methods available on the platform.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking or service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy page for details on eligibility, timelines, and processing of refunds.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any clinician, staff member, or other user.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Share another user’s account credentials or impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the LoveForLife website and portal — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of LoveForLife or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoveForLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
